Realistically in the same exact conditions with a Driver of Rangers skill...

On slicks the SRT10 would max out at 11.2 at 125 mph...Fast as hell. but not as fast as the c6Z06's 10.8 at 129 only tire pass...

The Z06 is a solid 4 tenths and 4 mph faster...

But remember that back in 2003 the SRT10 was running 11.9 at 122 mph to the C5Z06's 12.4 at 116 mph...

The c5Z06 need slicks to run what a stock SRT10 could do...

Here shortly you'll see that the new 600 HP 2008 Viper will be dynoing 510 rwhp and be more than capable of besting the c6Z06's times.

a stock z06 will run mid 11's all day long with any average joe behind the wheel. see how many stock vipers will do that out of the box............not to many.

The only way to get that time is to push it off a cliff. My Viper TT runs in the 7's but a stock viper, its gonna be atleast 11's.
