I would like to invite the Viper Alley members to check out our new 535 cubic inch Gen III motor.
The bore and stroke is 4.125 x 4.000, we are currently offering a complete build up from the intake to the oil pan.
This is a stage III build which includes porting the intake, our stage III ported cylinder heads (we have flow numbers for the heads on the build page), T&D shaft mounted roller rocker arms, chrome moly pushrods, custom cam for N/A, nitrous or forced induction, big bore sleeve kit, stroked crank, custom made coated pistons, Carrillo or Oliver rods, A.R.P. fasteners, custom made cometic head gaskets, billet main caps, coated bearings, only the best parts.
We do all the port work, machine work, and sleeve installation in house. Our heads and motors come with flow sheets and blueprint records.
Checked over the site... looks like some pretty nice work being done. Good option for someone wanting a built Gen 3 motor to handle big turbo's and high boost levels without trouble later down the road.
I have heard lots of good things about Harold and his Viper motor work.
Thanks,
We do our best to provide the Viper community with the products and services they expect.
If I can answer any questions about engine builds, machine work or cylinder head porting please give me a call, IM or e-mail.
Has anyone put FI on one of these 535 CI motors? If so how much power did it put down?
We currently have a 535 being installed with a super-charger, I will have dyno numbers for you soon.
We also do Gen III 522 c.i. and Gen II stroker kits as well as stock cubic inch builds for F.I. or nitrous applications. We've put down over 1350 with our standard stroker kits.
I have a Gen 1 motor coming through the shop soon, we might be doing a big bore kit for it also. If I can answer any questions please give me a call or e-mail.
looking through your pictures I noticed a boat named Armed & Dangerous, I know the motors for that were originally done by Richi Zul in New York. They were 372 Cu In sm Bk Chevy's. Is the boat in your area now. I

No, it's been years since I worked on those motors. It was one very fast boat, I've lost touch with the guys who ran Armed and Dangerous, but it was a blast.
Harold , did you dyno the 535 super-charged motor yet?
We haven't leaned on it hard yet just the conservative tune David did a couple of weeks ago that made 850HP at the wheels. I'll be meeting with the car owner tomorrow to discuss the other 535 we're building for him. We should be able to set a dyno date to put the power down then.
From the way the graph looks we should make 1000Hp, the 850HP was at 5800 rpm and headed straight up, the only reason it stopped making power is because we stopped the dyno run. I think another 1000 rpm will show 150HP more.
We wanted to get some more mileage on the motor to ensure the rings have sealed and the motor is good and broken in.
