2006 18" and 19"10 spoke wheels

I was at the dealership a couple of weeks ago checking on prices for the 5 spoke srt wheels. I was in shock when they told me that the fronts were only $800 and rears $900 a piece. So I asked for a price on my 10 spokes $2200 fronts and rears $2700 a piece. Whats up with that. Why so cheap for the five spoke srt wheels.

10 spoke rims are weak. One of the first things I did was get them off and add some nice HRE's.

The prices always depend on the material that the rim is made of. 5 spoke are easier to manufacture but that shouldn't be worth more then a $1k for each wheel.

List price on the 10 spokes, Each, Front $3200 - Rear $3800.

List price on the SRT 5 spokes, Each, Front $1000 - Rear $1200

Some places look up the "SRT" 5 spokes and refer to those as the Copperhead wheels, then there are the FE 5 spoke wheels. I thought those cost more. Are you sure you were quoted on the right 5 spoke wheels.

FE 5 spoke wheels, Each, Front $975 - Rear $1250. So the copperhead wheels are a little cheaper. I had the dealer use the vin to verify FE Wheels.

Only if you knew what DC pays for these from the manufacturer!!! Most cast aluminum rims are purchased by OEM's for $50 to $100. With the low volume and large size of the Viper wheel, they are probably still under $200 a piece.
