Is it smart to post a video of you racing online and than admitting to driving 180mph on a public road. Isnt that something that could potentially be used as evidence against you if anyone wanted to pursue the matter?
It has been done before yes! Not good. But if you cover your license plate up then they can't come after you .They have to have ACTUAL proof that you were racing. Mostly insurance companies do that though.

Obviously I am not too concerned with someone coming after me. First you have to prove it was my car or me in the car and not just me on the net bullshitting, next you have to prove I was actually going that fast on a public road, and third you have no idea who I am. Going to be a hard case to come after me. Most of us are grown men and know the risks involved before attempting something like this, its not for everyone, especially you. I would hate to see your car and you plastered all over the NY news describing some pimple faced kid died in an accident becuase he could not control his Viper in a race against someone. You are better suited to putt around in your Viper to car shows and mountain crusies in your purple label RL purchased off of Ebay.

They wanted to know everything about you and the speeds you get up to - I told them nothing and then they beat the crap outta me! Then I told them you only speed on private roads so they beat me again! Then I told them you are a law abiding citizen and stay under 65mph and let the black wheels do all the talking! And yes - they beat me again! You owe me!!

Sorry the reason I bought my viper was not to drag race people on the highway....I have much more fun powering out of turns and taking the back roads of greenwich ct in the fall..with leaves flying behind me..exhaust singing off the trees....and enjoying the ride.
Your street racing will just end in a crash or a loss of license.....
And your mistaken.....if you ever caused a wreck and someone was injured they could just pull your posts...pull what computer it was made from...pull your IP....you are not as anonymous as you think....they could also track all 03 red srts registered in your area

Yeah, a good beating by the police never hurt anyone. You probably deserved it anyways for something in the past.
Hey I just thought of something. Bring the police my way, I will tell them all the great things about you to piss them off so that they keep asking me questions, of course to take the attention away from you so you can make more videos. Sounds like a plan to me. Jkin' but I really enjoy watching those videos. I get to live my dream with you if you don't mind lol.

The first race I lost to the Supra by 3-4 car lengths. I spun through 3rd and part of 4th from a 70mph roll. He never pulled away, but I was never able to chase him down and close the gap.
Since the last race I have lowered the car via Aldan shocks/springs, put on SSR's with drag radials, and had it four corner balanced and aligned. He has added a new intake and I believe changed cams(?), not sure on the cams, but overheard that from someone. I make 770rwhp/730rwtq, he makes 650rwhp(although I heard that may be low?) last I heard, and that was before the changes he made.
This race we again went from 70mph. We both hooked great with no spin and both made our shifts, etc. The chase car filming is a LS2 GTO(owned by LoBoost on the GTO forums) with the APS TT kit making north of 600rwhp. The bike you see in the video is a Kawasaki, not sure what model. I let off about 200ft or so before the bridge when I hit 180mph, which was confirmed by the Kawasaki who hit 181mph on his electronic speedometer.
Big thanks go out to Underground Racing for building an awesome car! Brady I bet you wish you had this car back. This car is a monster and its barely being worked on the 8lb pulley.
And bigger thanks go out to Garth, Danny(Supra owner) and Mikey at Leading Edge Performance for setting the car up since I got it. When I got this car back in July, it was a handful to drive on stock pilots. Every rollon I did resulted in massive tire spin from any mph except when I lugged it. Now, it is a 10000% better car!! With the changes that Leading Edge has done and the tune they put in, the car is a breeze to drive now. I could have let go of the steering wheel at 180mph and the car would track straight, I can mash the gas in 3rd/4th/5th with no more spin or the rear end whipping out to the side.
Props to Garth for taking me out yesterday and running me through a couple runs and giving me some pointers on my driving. This car is by far the most powerful car I have ever owned or dreamed of owning and was starting to scare the crap out of me with the way it was driving.
Thanks to Danny for the rematch. You are a great competitor and good sport about everything. Although a little birdie told me upgrades are already being planned/on order for round 3. Hopefully you can get those done before I leave for So Cal. You have 2 more Sundays before the Viper hits the road to So Cal. to hunt other Supras.

Round 3 happened today after the Supra added 4-5psi of boost. Apparently last week he had fuel pressure issues and was down on boost. In any case from a 70mph roll it was the same result. This time with him making 4-5psi more boost and the fuel pressure issue resolved, I pulled him the whole way and put even more distance on him this time. I ended up hitting 190mph at the bridge this time vs 180mph last time with me letting off before the bridge. I also ran the car up closer to redline this time instead of shifting at 53-5500rpms last time. So that extra 500rpms or so in between each shift and the extra 300ft or so added the 10mph to my top speed.
In any case its all in good fun. Danny has a super duper special turbo coming in next week to put me in my place. So I have a few more days of enjoying my reign as king of the hill.
We will post the video of this run in this thread tomorrow probably. The GTO was the chase car again and missed 6th gear so he is not as close to us this time and we caught him off guard when we took off. I took a ride in that GTO today and it is freaking awesome. I am contemplating picking one up and putting on that APS kit for a new DD.
