The tips should not be petruding out of the car so much after install. Did you heat up exhaust before you properly fiitting it into position? Every corsa track I have seen properly installed sits flush inside the sill...
Real install? Saleen you are mistaken....the corsa track should sit flush against the sill.....it should not stick out at all. That is not a proper install. Have seen over 20 proper installs and none stick out.....
I did ask Adam to set them out quarter ". Standing near the Viper its hard to tell. In fact after pic was taken Adam worked on exhaust little bit more and tips are practically flush.
Adam did great work on the Viper-had the 3.55 gears put in-exhaust- green brake pads-lowering-DC computer-different air filters. Had tires high speed balanced and alignment. Rims were wrapped in Pirelle non run flats.
The Viper is running very good. The mods really made a difference. Adam will post more pics and how to's soon.
Dont know Kristina or Matthew. Adam's residence is in Crestwood Ky-I am about 80 miles from Louisville add a little more for crestwood. He does have a beautiful black lambo.
That is crazy. He lives next door to my sister and their family. I went to visit for about two weeks and I got their right when they were loading the 98 up on a trailer. Got to see it before it left Beautiful lambo also. My brother in law is the one that lives to his right in the corner that has the 2002 Ducatti 998 "Matrix". Just haven't talked to Adam in a longgg time. Looks like he is still doing good.
He had my viper for awhile to make the changes for me. He is excellent viper mechanic. As you know for the 98 gts he built super charger from scratch and did his own tuning. After he finished with the gts it was near 1000 hp.
Taking the Viper back up this winter for few more mods. He really wants me to go with the Paxton SC. Dont know about that yet.
I think Adam is down with the flu. Need to check on him today.
BTW the dodge dealers here and surrounding towns could not do the work on my 2006 coupe-could not even balance tires much less putting 3.55 in. Adam took my viper to a Dodge dealer in louisville they made the change to the 3.55 and did a very good job.
Adam went beyond the call of duty for me ,and I really appreciate it.
Adam is one of those guys that you can count on for anything. Whenever you talk to him next, tell him to give me a call. He should have it. I helped him take off his half shafts in the rear and put the stock ones back on and some other stuff. He also studies about Vipers more then I have ever seen anybody do. Ok and for someone to work on his Lambo that is crazy. He opened the rear hood and said, alright one way to find out..... And about call of duty, he is always helping my sister out with their house projects, couldn't find a better friend is my thought. And trust me, you shoud go with the Paxton. Did you get a chance to ride in his?? For the price and work, you won't even think about anything else. When I get the SRT, he will be doing my TTurbo for me. Stick with Adam, not only does he know everyone but he will take care of you, if he is not able, he will find a way. Tell him that I said hey and to call me if that is alright with you.
Yes-got the 2006 blue/silver coupe august 15th. Found it in Jonesboro Arkansas at elite motors for 16000 off. While there I drove a new Z06, a fast car, but I fell hard for the viper.
I am considering the SC-I keep thinking about warranty-but was told by local dodge dealer whose son raced Vipers for years that they may frown but as long as it is bolt on "I should" be ok.
Adam can do all things-powder coat-paint the viper emblem on insulation pad under the hood-which he will do for me this winter. Like you say he can get anything done for you.
The 3.55 gear- he drove way across town about hour one way left the Viper with the dealer ,picked it back up for me and drove it to see if everything was ok. In fact he came about 1 1/2 hr drive to pick my viper up so he could do the work I wanted. How many would do that. No one else will work on my Viper--He is the man.
Did not get to ride in the sc gts

Tips look way better sticking out some. Looks nice. Not a great fan of the sound but I am not a fan of the viper sound without a cam. Would like to hear it on a more heavily modded car.
In what world do side pipes look better sticking out? The last thing you want to see when looking at the car head on is metal tips sticking out from the bottom sides.
Corsa natually knows this...that is why they are designed to sit flush. Of course you can find many hack jobs with pipes sticking many inches outside the car...funny part is the people who think that is the way its supposed to be done...even worse some think that looks better.
