Bastard! Thats EXATLY where we are trying to find land at. We really want something with a sweet view of the city but it seems the only way this is possible is if you build on a tiny lot or on the side of a damn hill. So the whole "city view" might be out the window. Plenty of hill country views I guess.
If you (or Smackie) have any suggestions on areas we can look for lots on between La Cantera area and say Fair Oaks, let me know via PM.
We went out an looked at the new Toll Brothers project out in Sonoma Village and they have AWESOME views but we don't want our neighbors home right on top of ours.

Hey Simbilly I didn't say my house was awesome..but don't forget I am 21 turning 22 in 2 months so I can't be doing that bad ...house is worth about a million...obviously chump change compared to a lot of other members on here's houses which is what I said in my first post and said flat out that my house sucks compared to everyone elses lol. By the way the neighbour house I built as well and sold . I also go to school part time if I didn't do that maybe I could get myself into something crazy like the house you posted...I have 2 other houses going right now and since I turned 19 I have built and sold at least 2 houses every 4 months true there ugly compared to some but hey its okay they get me by for now

Hey. Ricky, your house is a very nice, solid looking home. Most people would be thrilled to have that. We can't all measure up to tucker's standard of living. I know that I can't. I don't know why tucker doesn't just buy us all new Vipers. My strategy is to become tucker's best friend, peaking at about christmas time. I am hoping that he enjoys glorious tales of female conquests and unabashed braggadocio. I could be way off, but I doubt it.
