Congrats on the new Z06. I signed up for this forum awhile ago just to learn about the Viper. It was my first choice........until I rode in the Z06. I will agree, the Viper is def' flashier and I think it is a beautiful car. I'm secure with myself (and older) so I didn't need the "look at me gawking" that goes along with the Viper. It'll look good in my rear view mirror I'm sure Dodge will up the ante' with the next Viper. Don't waste your words guys, I like the Viper alot. I just preferred the Z06 overall (like many researches and professional drivers I know). Hopefully my roof won't hit the Viper behind me.....lol Can you guys take a joke?

In 2008 when new Viper comes out,
and Chevy throws a blower on the C6, to try and stay afloat,
and the car's value drops like an anchor, I'd suggest selling the car now or next year at the latest while it still has value.
I'm just stirring the pot.........I really do like the styling on the Viper better. It was a real tough decision....money was not the issue as I almost pulled the trigger on a new M6. I'll be doing some track time @ VIR and thought I could toss the Z06 around a little easier. Both are great cars with different personalities. Hell, I might just own both.

This guy just posted pictures of his new Z and you guys are telling him to sell it? That's a fuckin joke. I had a new SRT Coupe and hated it. It looked good on the outside but was small on the inside and slow as shit. I sold it with 200 miles on it and thank God I got most of my money back before they tanked. Tucker has a nice modifed one and can't give it away while new& used ZO6s are still bringing over sticker. I have had atleast one or two Vipers on my stable since '95 and still like the Gen 2 Viper but Dodge has to come out with something better if they want so stay in the game...

Seeing your car on ebay is what got me looking at Vipers and ended up purchasing one. I was also looking at the Z's but just could not get myself to pay sticker or more for a car, even though it is a badass vette. If I had found one for less than sticker I would have been riding in the Vette. You have very nice rides SW.
Just a simple question that leaps out at me when I see the two cars side by side, hell I owned a vette when I was a kid right out of college and it was a good car, just like all the vetts on my street.

The price will be a hundred soon enough and then it will really be in a league of its own. No way Dodge is bringing anything for the Blue Devil.
