anybody heard what 2008 viper going to look like
Has anybody heard or seen what the 2008 gen 4 will look like as im going to sell my gen 3 if its going to be sweet. Ill just got without one for a year or so then just pay cash for this new one if its worth or keep the cash and get something diffrent if not. Just wanted to know before i sell mine

TAKE A GEN 3 AND CHANGE THE HOOD, FRONT BUMPER AND REAR BUMPER. PROBABLY WHEELS TOO.

I've heard that they are only going to really change the hood (and engine of course). This coming from a couple of dealers, I guess the two biggest. But no one really knows.....

No, I think the guys at Dodge are going to roll out a car that will kick the Vettes ass. Not releasing a model for one year is a show of commitment. You guys will be on top pretty soon. The weight will be down I suspect. Unfortunatly you guys with older Vipers will want one, which will lower the resale value of the ones your driving right now even more. On a side note: While Ocean City MD I saw three (3) 06 ZO'6s. I saw one Viper. White w/blue stripes driven by two women who looked liked they were laughing their ass off havin fun.

Depends, I truely believe the GTS will hold its value pretty well. IMO the GTS is just one of those timeless rides

I believe that is a variation of the fact that McClaren helped with the motor in that Carbon concept or sema show car or whatever it was.

Take it for what it's worth, but the insider hints I've heard say that the Rousch Viper at the '05 SEMA show is close to what the '08 Viper will look like. The complete redesign will not appear until October '09.

Not too thrilled with the underbody cladding, but the nose, hood, roof scoop and wing are improvements. Did the hinting insiders mention whether or not the wing will be available?

No - but I would guess that the wing will not be included with the '08 Viper.
