Another loose pulley

I took my 2005 SRT10 with 1400 miles on the OD out for a drive this weekend. When I pulled out of my garage I noticed that it was sounding like a 10 year old Neon with a funky squeak coming from the engine. So I opened the hood and the crankshaft pulley was wobbling around. The bolt was almost all the way out. Why can't DCX locktite these in place

Anyone know the exact TSB on this? Mine is in the shop right now with the same issue and they want to charge me for the damn belt.

Do you have a supercharger? I would think that when it is installed the balancer bolt would be retorqued.

Met Tom Sessions yesterday and he advises to remove the bolt, coat with red loctite and torque to 160 ft. lbs.

No supercharger, the car stock for now. I removed the bolt (by hand!) and used Loctite primer and Loctite Retaining Compound (Green), this should hold it in.

The build date is 8/2004, so it was an early 05 production car. What did they claim to change on the 05 models to retain the bolts?

When does this end for God's sake. I just bought an 06, is there a cutoff date to not worry about this?
