Well, my buddy just picked up his new Viper from a guy in FL, only had ~150-200 miles on it. Trailered it back here, and I detailed it for him. Here are a few pictures...
I don't know if you would call me a professional detailer. Haha, but I am starting myself a little company this summer. I just go to people's houses and detail their cars. I usually give my cards to dealerships where I have bought cars before (i.e.- Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac, etc.) I usually charge about $80 for a deailed wash that includes interior, and it usually takes me about 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the car. This wash was free, b/c he was a friend and it was the first. Now I think I'm on a weekly schedule to was his Viper, Cadillac Escalade EXT, and his Turbo Mustang.

Oh yeah, I did have a question for y'all. What is the best way to avoid getting water in the engine bay? I didn't spray directly in there, so the rain gaurds did catch the water, but when I popped the hood to clean up the engine bay, water poured out of that "vinyl" covering under the hood. Thanks for any advice!
Personally I don't, because I think it just leaves water spots that you have to rub off later, and when you do, you're scratching the paint because of the dust you just swirled up on the car. I use a a shammey (sp?).
