You sold that car too cheap and will never see another Viper. It's mini vans and child seats for you from now on.

Yup! I plan on putting a HUGE wing on the back of it, and some of those rims that spin in the middle and of course lots of neon!

On a serious note, I feel I got a good deal on a great car. Brady seems like a very stand up guy, and hopefully its as good a car as he says it is. This will be my very first car of this caliber and I am very excited about it. Just can't get over the fact I just spent that kind of $$$ on a car!

Brady is as straight as they come, the car is gorgeous and you stole it. You are going to need to be careful if you haven't driven a car like this before. Roll into the power and have the wheels straight when you do it or we will read about you in the news in a not so good way.

The most HP I have ever had was a 96Z28 with a Vortech, only about 450ish rwhp. However, that car was very predictable and a piece of cake to drive. My only scary car was in high school I had a 76 Pinto with a 325hp 302 in it and 4.56 gears. That car would get sideways in an instant!

Congrats on the steal...

It's not the HP that will get you - it's the torque that bites...

So um....why'd ya sell if you're planning on getting another in such a short time. You had a great car. I will punctuate the fact "HAD".

Hope you get back into another one soon, and of equal caliber. All the best to you and don't be a stranger in the interim.

Words of wisdom: most viper wrecks happen within the first 30 days of ownership. take your time learning the car and try not to do anything stupid. it is hard not to with these things STOCK let along with this much power.

The only way I would end up wrecking it is if someone ran into me. I have only been in 2 accidents in almost 20yrs of driving and neither were my fault. I respect the vehicle I am driving in and what it can do to me if I get out of line with it. I will probably end up taking the course out at Spring Mountain in Pahrump now with this car just for that extra piece of mind. I was going to do it last year with my C5 but never got around to it. I am soo excited, this is worse than xmas time.

I once heard that, on average, a first time Viper owner will have the car 2 weeks before its first body damage!
