Hell, that's the whole reason I bought the car. I've got no problems with your opinoins, ghetto or not they looked alright in some pics I saw a while back.

You bought a Viper for chrome roll hoops? Seriously though, everyone has their oppinion, and I don't think that they look bad, but you are wrapping plastic with thin chromed alluminum. You can bend them with your fingers. Go get you an autoform bar, have them chrome the top, and save your skull.

Autoform has done VERY few chrome rollbars for SRT-10s. It looks great, but is pretty pricey and there is some delay.

Javo has one on his TT SRT-10, which I think was done by KRAZY when he had the car.

Go figure that pimp would spring for the bling.

The autoform painted rollbar will set you back around 1900 sheckels, but it serves a purpose. the chrome hoops, that look like fucking george michaels earings will cost you 600 bucks and serve absolutely no purpose. Spend the extra 1300 bucks to save your noggin.

The issue with getting bars chromed in our area is only one has a tank large enough. They are charging us $1000 just for the process. Depending what part of the country you are in their may be another option. Some places will have a higher concentration of chromers, that may do this cheaper. We are more than happy to send you a bar in raw steel to have this done. You do save a little off the cost from us if you don't have it powdercoated. Thanks for the info . I didn't know they were chromed lightweight plastic. I have no interest in those and am leaning towards the autoform being chromed. I live near St Louis and I think there is a plating place that might be able to accomodate something that large.

They are steel, not lightweight plastic. But I have a set that I'll sell for $500 shipped (I decided to leave my car stock looking).

So startech doesn't only make ugly ass wheels, but useless roll hoops too. Spend the extra coin and get the Autoform roll bar.

I believe startech stopped selling those in the US. They were the best looking of the bunch but a waste of money. If you are going to spend the money get a rollbar that can save yur noggin.
