Peter, I really do understand your position, but if you tell everyone how bad ass your car is, how it drives around perfectly with no issues, how 1478 rwh is going to run, how it's not cut up, you need to back it up. You said your are very happy about how your car has held up so far, what have you done with it besides dyno pulls? Around here, you have to back up your smack or else.. Remember, I've had alot of experience with tuner X, alot more than you, so I can make my own mind up. The guys that work at tuner X are great guys, but that makes no difference when you have to step up to the plate. You know I just had my car finished by Chris and I know what it's made so far, but I have made no "claims" because I haven't made it to the track yet. Like Norma said, you can only hook up so much power on the street with street tires, so your 1478rwh is pointless. I will be there when you and Norma run. One last thing, I was loyal to tuner X and while we had our "all motor" glory for a while, Norma& Scott & LPE kicked our ass even after they tried 3 combinations in my car. I didn't get a 9 n/a until it was too late...

SW, I've never made claims about my car running ANYTHING, NEVER. It's NOT a drag car. I NEVER said I was going to run 1,478 rwhp on the street either, that is you putting words in my mouth.

I PM'ed Norm about racing me, and he has not responded, I suspect his lack of response means he's not really interested in running me. I even tried to propose dates in the near future to run (i.e. this weekend). Like I told you privately, I could care less what the outcome is, if he wins, i'll shake his hand and say "damn, you drove the hell out of your car and you beat me, congrats..." At the end of the day it comes down to who has more money, that is ultimately who will be the fastest. It's definately NOT me, i'm just a poor guy trying to have some fun with cars on a budget, and in the meantime, get Norm to actually drive his own car against me on the street.

And to those of you questioning Justin's tuning, please notice how ppl like SW have completely avoided the topic. SW happens to know Justin's skills and uses him for his tuning as well. Justin was one of the first AEM tuner's in the US, LONG before any of you knew what an AEM was, long before it was even available for the Viper. Am I stretching a little in my praise for him? Well, maybe a little, but that was to get the point across. He is the man and i'll just leave it at that...

Peter

Peter
So let me get this straight, you want to run your TTViper against Norma's all motor car??? I thought I read that you would run any car he has?

As far as Justin, he a great tuner, he tuned our shop 8.0 Supra and all my cars. I think these guys were just questioning how much experience Justin has had with Vipers. I am sure he will have no problem tuning a Viper TT for the track after a few runs...

Workmanship?? You should share those photos of that Viper from tuner X you just re-done.. the pictures before you re-done the tt system... We don't need any from Peters tuner X car.. Just let everyone see the work you got to see first hand!! Im sure Peters has at the same standards... That is 1st class stuff that everyone can own for a small amount of cash!!

You know this is one of those classic threads full of all the drama, nutswinging, innuendos, chest pounding, backstabbing, glorifying and etc...

The thing I am really missing so far here is there is no literal cunt kicking going on here.

Are Peter and Norm going to race somehow somewhere?

I think people can put down more than 8-900 rwhp on street tires. It will be an interesting race.

I think that people need to give Peter the benefit of the doubt and get the front fenderwells back in and everything to the finished product look before people judge the workmanship of his car.

Anything all apart looks like shit.

Peter, get your shit all back together and polish that little whore and show the guys what you've got!

Maybe take Norm for a ride in your car so he can see how such a car feels!

Norm, you should take Peter for a ride and show him how the NA power feels!

They are different cars, Hell, I would like to go for a ride in Norm's LPE Vette that is being built as we speak! I would take a day off and go down and see that bad boy!

I think the fighting on this thread should stop and people should have more fun together.

I would like to suggest a group hug among whiney bitches?

I'd bet on Norm's ride at the strip, it's a solid and consistent car. Probably one of the most consistent Vipers ever. Peter, your ride has yet to prove this. Your car is just a shoe-in for the win on the street, physics is physics....1,478rwhp vs. 800rwhp is ludacris. You have an impressive car as far as power goes, but I bet you'd be surprised at how hard a fight that little all-motor RT of Norm's is gonna put up at the strip.
