Stock for stock, Ran 3 times from 30 and once from 40. thanks for the advise, will do!

This is the sequence of events..
1st run I hit the rev limiter in first, too busy looking at the Zo6 instead of the tach , then I miss 4th
2nd run he spins bad and shuts it down
3rd run he misses 3rd and shuts it down
4th run we start of at 40 and he starts edging me out and he lets off
its not the best runs but thats all we could muster, but to me the ZO6 is definitely faster on the highway, but from the dig its definitely the Viper, the traction and the torque is hard to overcome..

Being slighlty faster doesn't matter. It comes down to who is the better driver there so close. I prefer the looks of the Viper and even if I bought a new ZO6 I would have added the Paxton to it. Now I have the best of both worlds. Vipers still rule period

Go have a look at the Manheim site and look at how well SRT-10's are holding their value....... It's a joke. 03 SRT-10's car be had for mid 50's RETAIL. That was a car that was 83K NEW less than 3 years ago.

Good stuff Ronnie. Since this guy would like to run again, I would be curious to see how the coupe does with him.

For those who don't know, the guy driving the Z06 can drive and tracks the car regularly. Both cars spun, but it looks like from a 15 MPH roll, the Viper takes the Z06 fairly well, but from a little higher speed, the Z06 pulls the Viper by a half a car or so. This is the same result I had with yellow car. From a 30 MPH roll, my white Mamba pulled it pretty well in the top of second, and kept pulling through the top of third, and on the 3-4 shift, the Z06 made up a little ground. Fun races none the less.

Just glad to hear that the guy was a little more pleasant than mine. After me running a yellow one, they guy asked me if it was stock, which is was, and then rolled his eyes, and then said "yeah whatever, fuck off." Pretty funny to say the least.
