vortex cones in corsa track?

Anyone put cones in a corsa track.
Do they affect the character of tone of the exhaust or just the volume.. How much do they affect the volume(louder than stock)...Where in the exhaust did u install them?

I would like some feedback on this subject as well to see if I can add the cones to my Mopar exhaust for resonance purposes.

I ran the vortex cones in my 3" Mopar race exhaust. They killed the droan it had before and lowered the volume considerably.

I tried both the cones and CCI 3 disk, decrease in volume was
about the same (not much), still would make you loose your
hearing at idle in the garage. I thought the sound was better
with the cones but still too much hiss for me, sold the Corsa
and went with the B&B WITH crossover, deeper sound and
about halfway between sotck and the Corsa in volume.

Just my 69 cents worth.

How hard are the cones to install and does anyone know what size I would need for the Mopar true dual system?

There are many different sizes to match your exhaust, 3in?
Comes with bolts to to attach, also can weld.
