question regarding hurst shifter
what makes a short throw? a short throw?. the reason I ask is because I am installing my hurst right now and I have the factory knob and shaft off, and as you can see from the pic it is reduced by more than half. Well I then screwed my after market knob on and it thread right on. Now shifting through the gears it seems shorter. is it just me high in the night, and do I really need to put the hurst in.
