This was a run we did last weekend. The guy in the Cobra jumped the start a little early but I was actually expecting him to get out about a car with him having tire anyway! Oh well - next race we do 3 horn start!

Thanks for all the kind words... and to answer some questions......
1. We didnt start under 60mph - we went from 70mph which hooks up "ok" on the Pirellis - just cant floor it. At under 60 it would require a lighter start or start in 3rd. Wanting some better tire when we get into the C16 tune.
2. Didn't notice the speed to be honest - I would guess 170+ but I was eye on the tach and the road mostly!
3. I don't think anyone expected the stang to win with the difference in HP but everyone was definitely curious and seemed like a lot of folks thought that tire on his car would help him keep it close - so just went out had fun - it wasn't like anyone talked shit - Rey was cool! Just had to satisfy curiousity.
4. Garth - Im sure when you get yours with everything else Kevin is doing to it you'll probably hand me my 1st defeat - so take your time! But it will be fun no matter what.
We are trying to line up a race between me & a Carrera GT that showed up there last weekend - that would be fun! A friend of mine knows the owner - hopefully we can get that one going - would love that video! I love that Carrera GT!

Good race... as posted, Rey was only curious how he would do. I don't think a few of the others thought it would be so bad. but giving the rwhp difference, I don't know why anyone would be shocked.
