brake dust
hello , newbie here, i'm takin delivery of a srt this week.
i'm wondering how the brake dust production is with stock pads, i like to keep my chrome clean.
any feedback would be appreciated

Stock pads on a GTS produce a lot of dust, but they are pretty good pads. Don't know about the SRT pads but EBC Green brake pads are usually the norm for people who don't like dust. The Greens are not a good track pad though.

nah, best way to totally get rid of brake dust is jsut get rid of the brakes
that's guaranteed to stop that problem

I prefer brakes that work. Greens were okay on my Gen I but lacked good stopping ability, especially when cold. I will never try them again.

You do realize the rims are not actually chrome, right? Polished aluminum with clear coat. In other words avoid metal polish, or you will remove the clear and ruin the finish. Clean and polish like you do the rest of the car.
