green air filter\'s or k&n\'s
I getting ready to order my air filter kit, and parts rack has the green one's that fit the stock air box, then he has the K&N's with the intake, the k&n yield better hp and torque and about 50 dollars more than the greens. But hey more does not mean better. Its for my 06 coupe

I could sell you my K&N kit, I only had it for like 1 month before I switched to paxton.

Per Sean Roe, just buy the air filters, not the whole unit - comparisons of the two showed at most 2hp difference.

For what it's worth, Dan Cragin says the same.

Re: green air filter\'s or k&n\'s
just put on my S&B's from Roe, took off the top of the air clearner houseing, and put on my S&B's. But when I go to put the top of my air cleaner houseing on I really have to push and hold while I screw the bolts down, doesn't seem normal. But it looks fine once it's all done. Has anyone run into the same problem. With the stock filter's in, the houseing fits with problem. My car is a 06 coupe
