Has anyone else had any bad dealings with TNT Motorsports? I ordered and paid for a new exhaust system from them 6/25/05 and still have not received it. To top it off they will not answer the phone or return phone calls or emials.
damn....they couldve made a custom one in 6 months...good luck with your situation
edit: I just called their number and got the answering machine too...and they need to update their website b/c i dont think they have the quickest Viper anymore
ask for your money back, mine look like they were installed them with a 20 lb slug hammer and still rub on one side.
answering machine!!! i have never known them to answer the phones. answering machine is usually full.
Still no resolution at this point. When they have emptied the voice mail box I did leave a message to get my money back. Still nothing. I have a couple irons in the fire to hopefully get my money back. I just want to spread the word not to use TNT!
If you talk to them and they give you the story that "they had a death in the family" or "somebody in the family has cancer" or that "their dog ate their homework" dont believe it. they were using those stories on me 10 yrs ago.
If it were me, i'd take a trip out there...this is just ridiculous...hell, you may even be able to get one of the local guys here on the forum to drop by when they got a chance to see if they're still open for business.
I took a ride there December 5th, they never opened! I talked to one of the businesses across the parking lot, they were just open on Friday December 2. I have called my credit card company, they are working the issue.
Resolved or not, people need to stay away from a company that works that way!

Yeah I remeber when you came out with your first awsome Viper John and then they came out with that one after you claiming it was faster and I think car and driver did a show on it called the Snake or something like that.. still like your cars better!!
