Who holds the fastest Viper SRT-10 record?
Hennessey claims on their website that they have the Viper SRT-10 World Record with 9.75 sec @ 148 mph in the 1/4 mile.
Is that what I need to beat to hold Viper SRT-10 World Record? Anything faster?

WE RAN 9.56 @ 152 MPH LAST YEAR ON ABOUT 920 RW HP WITH A SRT TT CONVERTIBLE. I AM SURE HEFFNER CAN BUILD YOU SOMETHING TO BEAT THAT PREATY EASILY.

sure that would be great if you ran at the track tomorrow and laid down the number. the only problem is that by the time your car is running 9.4's at the track then somebody else is running quicker. so you might as well go ahead and shoot for 8.40's just to be safe.... :thumb:

Who will be running faster when I get my SRT-10 on the track? Another Heffner SRT-10?

I might as well shoot for 4.10's be the fastest car on earth...

This is becoming the same deal with computers. You go and buy the fastest system out there and in a month, a better and faster one comes out...

Gary Javo's car already had 1000rwhp and he had sent it back to Heffner for more. We will see in december what it runs.

We don't know who is going to be on top and who is going to be on the bottom yet. We'll see at Bradenton in December. :thumb: :thumb:

Heffner has been on the top for years and now UGR broke the record for 6 speed. Who knows what's next. One thing for sure though. We'll see some tough competition at Bradenton. :thumb:

Will anybody be running SRT-10's at Bradenton?

He is talking about UGR building their own SRT-10 and a customer's SRT-10 with some special tricks. It'll be a while before those SRT-10's will be ready though. I can't wait to see what they will come up with. :red5: :red5:

I paid 89k for a SRT and sold it 2 years later for 59k, thats only a 15k a yr depreciation rate....yes that might be a record

You tell me which Viper appreciates over time. Vipers are not a good investment. They all depreciate. Go buy a house or bonds or something.

Does GTS or ACR depreciate less? How much did you guys pay to buy the GTS and ACR brand new back then? How much are they worth now?

As I always say, a car is worth whatever somebody else is willing to pay for it.

And besides SRT-10 is a much better or more refined car than the OLD GTS and ACR.
