Rear reflecter - brake light?

I have heard a few people mention that the new SRT10 coupe may not be street legal in a few states because the rear lights are not visable from the side because of the rear quarter pannel. It might just be the way light is reflecting in this image but is there a possibility that it the reflector is actually a brake light?

I am extremely dissapointed with the design of the new coupe! Sure, it has more power than most people would ever need or use but it looks so plain compared to the GENII cars. They really have done ordinary when they should of gone extraordinary.

Wrong website on them there pictures. How could you say it has more power than anyone would ever use when the general is building the z06 with a perported much higher hp?

You can never have too much hp, I think DMC shot themselves in the foot with this one.
