35k is nuts. I don't understand why the convertible is a big deal as this car shares a big chunk of its frame with the Gen4 which was made to be a convertible. I was honestly hoping for an RT/10 inspired Targa since the went Retro with the look anyways. It might look better in person, but the pictures just make it look, off. I really was hoping the ACR was going to appear at the Homecoming, even if it was just a concept.
So let me try and get this correct. Dodge isn't going to build a try convertible offered from the production line. Instead, you'll now have to have your car sent to Prefix for an additional 35k dollars and have them convert it for you. People aren't even wanting to pay the current prices for a GTS, what makes Dodge think these customers will be wanting to pay an EXTRA 35k to have their car converted to something they wish would have been offered straight off the line? What the actual fuck is wrong with Dodge? Talk about screwing themselves AND the customers.
