Trade deal for a Red 2001 GTS

A friend of mine (Keith Foy) has a Red 2001 GTS with 8,500 miles and he really want a 97 Blue with White Stripes GTS.

The 2001 is still under the 3yr/36K warranty till 9/04.
He's hoping to get a 97 that's still under an extended warranty along with some $$$ (depending on the car, he mentioned about $8K difference)
