and want to swap out the et streets for mt drag radials because I run on the streets a lot. What size should I run back there? Whats the biggest tire I can fit back there properly?
the wheels are 16x10 I believe
your thoughts?

i have my 0e rims with bfg drs 345/18s and a set of 17" purners with hoosier drs 335/17s and the hoosiers are tons better than the bfgs i have had them hook so well on the street that i fried a brand new stock clutch in 600 miles (450-500 break in) and the stage 3+ in 800 miles (with break in aswell) i have had them hold 800rw and 909rwtq in first and 930rwhp and 1065rwtq in second.
Unless I'm mistaken, there isn't a 16" MT that will fit those wheels. The biggest they make for a 16" wheel is a 295/50. I sure hope you looked into that before purchasing.

Stick with MTs or Nitto brand if you want the grip. My personal experience with MT, Nitto, and BFG.....are in the same order for traction and 'street' use. Tops are the MT, with Nitto not a bad second choice, albeit a far cry from the MTs; but second choice nonetheless. BFGs never seemed to 60ft no matter the type of heatin' at the track.

well Ill just have to live with the et streets then. Ive driven my old 735rwhp cobra on the streets with them so Im familiar with the "sway". Oh well, it will hook up, thats for sure. Driving on the highway at 80mph may be a treat though, lol
no prob at all. Anyone have experience with the 18" hoosier. Is it just listed on their site or is it actually out and available? Hoosier dr's are the bomb in the 17" size.
Just for my own curiosity, how different do all of them drive cornering wise? I know one shouldn't expect rock solid cornering from any of them, but have any of your found any one of them to be pretty acceptable in the corners as long as you aren't racing the dragon at 10/10?

not sure on the dr's but the mt et streets handle fine for just regular corners. The bfg 18" dr's handle amazing, thats what I had on my old cobra and you really couldnt tell they were back there if they were inflated enough

Agreed. I have a set of 17s and the hook like crazy. They handle good too. No sway at all. I had 18" BFG DRs before and the Hoosiers handle just as well and hook Better.
