Nope. There's a lid under the carpet on top of the "shelf" behind the sport bars. Cut the rivets off and the fuel pump module is accessible under that.
If it is an R/T, remove the trunk access panel and a lot more b/s and slide the tank back into the trunk. Make sure to top the tank off before attempting.
