Josh, welcome, I am new to this site as well. You might try Jon @ partsrack.com. Even though monday is the best, I found out that friday is good too. I called last friday to inquire if he had any info about numbers on an engine block in relation to a vehicle vin with the intention of purchasing parts. He answered the phone with "I am on the other line with a paying customer and I put him on hold for you" I stated my question and he said there was a way to help me but not on a friday then hung up.
So tue, wed, or thur might work
