Good price or not?

Hello everybody,

I am a new member and hopefully will be an owner of a VIper soon. I am looking to purchase a 95 black RT/10 with Cognac interior. The car has 18K miles, HRE 18" wheels, Borla exhaust and smooth tubes. I am hoping to secure this vehicle locally for 31K if the owner decides to let it go for that price.

Can someone advise me if this is a good price. I really do not have much bargaining powers as my credit union will not give me more than wholesale blue book on a viper this old. Does anyone know of another good deal?

Oh before I forget, can someone tell me what smooth tubes are and how they benefit the car?

Thanks,
kre8tive202@aol.com

Smooth tubes go from the air box to the TBs and are exactly what they say...smooth vs. the stock ribbed tubes. It adds arguably 10 HP.

Price doesn't seem too bad. You will routinely find 95's in that price range. If the stock rims are included it isn't a bad price because those HRE's are a big money wheel.

Good luck!!
