I ran my first real event last night at MIR. It was their Real Street event and man I had a blast!
The bump was 8.021 and was their fastest Drag Radial field to date.
I ran a 7.74, 7.78, 7.80, and 7.96 at 3680-3690lbs. I qualified #4 and ended up in the finals. In the final round, I accidently deep staged and red lit!
Congrats Sal! Some pretty fast cars there but considering you're still running IRS compared to all the 4 links with the piping in the passanger seat, thats some impressive times for sure.
Once you max out that 4th stage, perhaps it's time to go twin 90mm direct front mount like Lee's car.
Thats some awesome racing. Your car was one of the smoothest and deff best looking rides there. Amazed that anyone could be ok after hitting the wall and going that far down the track. Congrats!
Time to turn up the boost if there is anything left. That was freakin impressive! Congrats on a great accomplishment. Your the only one that could drive your car home. I didn't think I would ever say this but your gonna need more power.
Sick!!!!! Your Viper looked like the only normal car there lining up againts full drag cars. Good job on raising the bar!!!! Thanks for the vid. Glad the driver that hit the wall was OK.
