Huge thanks to AB wires

Just wanted to say thanks, for making a great product and having the best customer service I have dealt with or even heard of.

I own a viper with nitrous, I have melted the boots on 4 sets of wires (oe dodge wires, taylors twice and a set of msd wires). So when Doug Levin was building my motor he said to call Adam Brennan (ab wires) and get a set of them. They came fast and looked awesome and I haven't melted any boots since.

So what brings me to this post is I was checking my plugs at the end of the drag strip. The car was very hot and with my gloves on I must have pulled on the wire, not the boot, and pulled the wire out of the boot. So I msged Adam and asked if I could fix it or buy just that wire. He msged back asking, what color they were? Then he next day aired me a whole new set with heat insulators on the boots!

So again, thanks alot Adam Brennan at AB wires and home qualitywires.com. I owe you one for sure, in a world were customer service is mostly automated and you can't get any help. You have gone above and beyond I'm gonna get an AB wires tatto or name my next child www.qualitywire.com if my wifes cool with it)

Well you are one of many supporters of this guy. I know Joe Dell uses em and loves em and anyhow my wires are almost 3 years old and will grab a set of these eventually just on this guy's reputation. Great post and from what I have heard you are one of MANY satisfied customers!

AB wires rock. I replaced my stock ones with a set from Adam. They look great and the heat shield is something DC should have done. It is a shame we do not have more vendors selling affordable upgrades.

In this world of CSI (customer satisfaction index) I say Adam gets a perfect 10. Doug Levin only uses AB wires and Doug knows Vipers better then anyone.

Gagedaddy,

Turn that NOS up and test out those heat boots. Let me know how they do.

I always want to make the customer experience #1 and no BS service. I don't like getting a run around when I buy things so I will not do that to my customers. Thanks for being loyal!
