I plan on getting a S/C in the future on my 96 GTS... I'm wondering what are the essential upgrades for the Roe to function well on my Viper. I'm also wondering the non-essentials but future upgrades after the Supercharger. I don't plan to track this car and will be street-fun, hence why I'm going with the Roe. Cost isn't a huge concern, but for the people who have a Roe (or a Paxton) how much money, after the S/C / Installation, essential upgrades, and a decent tune, cost?
Thanks a lot in advance.. I tried searching but didn't really find anything that dealt with costs. Obviously Roe has their list of recommended upgrades.

Nothing is required except the s/c. Nice add ons are exhaust, headers, roller rockers. You could be looking for some used headers to save some bucks. Also, you will need high flow cats or no cats when you do the Roe. You could be doing this stuff along while waiting to get the s/c or even some time after the s/c. Where are you located....maybe there is a good Roe installer near you. Currently I am doing the installed s/c at $300 over list price. Bang for the buck at around $7700 nothing beats it unless you want to deal with nitrous. AND it will kick ass at the autocross !!

Thanks for the replies guys. I live in Southern Wisconsin. So no tuners I know of except taking it down to Chicago or further. If anybody knows a reputable installer/tuner in the area, feel free to let me know I bought it with Corsa exhaust, so I'm already set there. Around $8,000 isn't bad at all... I'm figuring about 10-12g's with some of the add-ons and a decent tune.. Is this fair?
Mark.....don't sell your S/C short! You have to have high flow cats, and headers to really let it breath properly. It will really come alive with that addition. Had a Roe, Belangers, hight flow cats, 1.7 rockers, on my 94 and it was a monster. Good luck, have fun, and watch that torque!!

after buying and installing a used kit, I strongly recommend buying yours new
there are a lot of parts in the kit that cannot be reused or that the prev. owner will not have/send with the kit
also, start adding some of the upgrades mentioned above before you buy your S/C
I had headers, catback, no cats, smooth tubes, K&N drop-in, light flywheel, and a new clutch - all before I bought my Roe
another good addition is roller rockers
the smooth tubes and K&Ns are fine, but if you are really planing on pushing the limits of the Roe, then get an intake
