Are there any taller people in these cars?

We love vipers, but my main problem is im 6'5" 225lbs, so im not a small guy. Ive sat in one and it just seemed so uncomfortable. My vette seems to be a lot more comfortable, granted its a weekend car so im not sure how much it matters. Is there anything that can be done to give more space? My main issue is my legs appear to be to long to get in and around the steering wheel comfortably

I LOVE LOVE LOVE GTS's, this is one time i wish i wasnt such a big guy

Everybody is built differently. I'm 6'3" and was ~235-240 when I got my GTS. I fit fine. I'd guess it depend on how long your legs are for your height and other bodily dimensions (and no...I really don't want to know them).
I do believe there is a seat lowering kit that some of the bigger guys use to get more headroom in the car and clear the wheel a little more easily.

Well ive got a large build, but am not fat lol. My issues is my legs. I heard about the different brackets for taller people, the issue is we need the seat to be adjustable still ( backwards and forwards ) as the wifey would take the car out too

Sounds to me like a really good reason to get the brackets and lower the seat.

What you need to do is by the RT/10(LOTS MORE HEADROOM ) and get a 2" seat lowering kit.

Im a big fan of all vipers but if i get one it would have to be a GTS.

So with the bracket lowering kit the seat can still be moved around?

Ive thought about cutting my legs off, right now its a 50/50 split decision if im going to go that route

One inch will allow you to move the seat, two inches does not. In my rt/10 I had the seat lowered an inch. The Rt/10 is tougher on tall guys than the GTS. In my GTS, I don't need the lowering kit.

If you are 6'5" you really need to atleast do the 1" seat lowering brackets that are still adjustable. There is also a how to on the morgue to do your own.

Take off the viser also, you can see out the window better.

6'6" 245 and i fit into a gts just fine without a lowering bracket. Dad has an srt vert and i feel a little claustrophobic in it without the lowering kit. MY head is at the roof. If my hurr is did I'll hit. He had the 2 inch kit for a while but took it out because it was too much of a pain getting into and out of the car.

If you cut your legs off you shouldn't have a problem with getting in and around the steering wheel, but then you have to worry about where to store them.
