I think its water to air. That might be the radiator or heat exchangers. I thought they were intercoolers at first too.

The Circumstances under which Lee was eliminated was Bullshit! Why did they have to run a second time against the competitor that they previously beat? Answer: Timing error??
WTF? Lee handed that guy his walking papers not once, but TWICE!
