That seems to be the general consensus. When you watch any of my passes on video, they all seem kind of slow and smooth. Obviously, the car is moving out pretty well, but it just doesn't look like you would expect. The car doesn't get all crazy down the track. I think a lot of that just has to do with how Underground Racing built the car. They picked a great clutch, installed the Quaife rear differential, and put a great tune on it. All I have to do is shift. The car stays pretty straight on its own.

Yep, the only crooked thing about that car is the driver.

Very nice runs, good driving JB. I want one of those UGR Paxton cars too..............

What size ET streets are on the car, and what size rims are you using for the track?

I'm using the standard CCW drag pack with 26 x 11.5 x 16 ET Streets in the back and the Firestone 4.5 x 16 skinnies up front.

You're not even driving that car hard. Hell...it sounds like you're granny shifting it.
IMO, it's got a relatively easy 9.6 in it.

Congrats on the 9 second pass Mark...I figured after the additional tuning it would have an easy low 10.0x pass in it if not a high 9 second pass. The outcome of that second pass with the 1.47 60' if you wouldn't have spun badly at the top of 1st would have been very nice to see on the boards.

Oh well...have to try and lower the tire pressure a bit and see what it does next time. When are you going to the track next?

Take Care

Those were my thoughts exactly.

I think I'll try a little less tire pressure next time out. I may try to get back out there Wednesday, if the weather holds up. I still haven't put any of that timing back in, either.
