Yes, I tuned the AEM myself well enough to drive it (with some input for JD). I love how it crackles and pops off throttle. The idle is so silent now, sometimes I wonder if the car is even running. My tach used to read idle at 550rpm. Now it reads about 350rpm and it's really about 650rpm.
I told J-dog what my goals are and he's willing to do what I can't. His said "Go big or stay home." I told him we we're going to max out his dyno...and that's the warm up.
Paolo if you need a turbo system installer and tuner here in Florida...this guy knows his stuff.

Glad you felt comfortible with Jeremy. Eventually were gonna Paxton my car I think, it just might be awhile.

He doesn't talk much. I think he knows what he's doing, he just needs to sell himself better. I like that though. Speak small and build killer cars. Anyone who thinks a 650rwhp 350Z build is boring, is ready for a new challenge.
Is he ready for Vipers, I think so. Is he ready to build 1,500rwhp+ monster...not yet. But he will be if he keeps with it.
I bet after we get done tuning my ACR, he will go out and buy a Viper
Matt, forget the Paxton. Why have 600rwhp Paxton when you can have a 700rwhp turbo car for about the same money The Paxton gives up about the time turbos start getting warmed up. Assuming you go with 67's, they will have better power under the curve compared to the Paxton. 67’s are perfect for the street. 76 are good as well but come in latter and hit harder.

He is a pretty quiet guy unless you really know him. Everyone knows him the the Z community so he really doesn't have to sell himself very often. I was there on Sat. and we were talking about him getting a snake but he does change his mind a lot when it comes to cars. As for what I'm gonna do I really don't know, if I got a paxton it wouldn't be an out of the box setup.

At 900rwhp a Paxton is just about at it's limits.
Trust me...go turbo. I know this guy who sell DIY kits cheap
I don't expect to see huge gains. Maybe 10rwhp-15rwhp, that’s because I pulled the cats. I have a feeling that the dynos are not going to agree because the last dyno was in Houston(low humidity) @ RSI on a cool 55 degree morning. (565rwhp, 610rwtq).
This is going to be in Orlando(high humidity) on a 90+ degree night. So if the dyno numbers come out the same...I think I'm ahead of the game.
The track will be the real judge of how much power I pick up.
I'll get this bucket into the 10's on motor before I turbo...

unbolt the front sway bar it takes 5 mins and you could see a tenth in the sixty so that equates to 2 tenths in the 1/4 or bite the bullet and put a dr on there i have ran alot of 10s on stock axles and you now how fast i have gone on the spray and have had no problems.
I was wondering if the sway bar trick actually helped..........
on the street it helped alot i could get on the spray 10 mph earlier than 15 mins before but i took it off completely and it weighed like 5-10lbs so maybe the weight from infront of the wheels helped idk.
