Exactly! These are rules I've been taught in NHRA Fuel Classes and life......."SIMPLE SHIT WORKS" & "ALWAYS BE HONORABLE AND FOURTHCOMING AND THE SUN SHINES ON YOUR BACK"....

Good luck w/this Barry, I'm goin back to the sidelines now...

I'm always getting propositioned by companies that specialize in boosting profits/ increasing gross margins. Trouble is, I already know my weaknesses - and as long as I'm doing ok - it's less stressful(on me) to run things according to my recipe.
I've had interns in the past that are the ADHD type that make me nervous as hell. Not that they don't have a lot of positive ideas, it's just that I have my way of doing things. Maybe that's a part of why Barry and Jason didn't mesh.
As far as customers getting screwed - If that's the case, let's hear the details.

You got beat by a guy that puts his rocker arms on like this?

It has to be true. Barry said it was.

I have been watching from afar on this and have decided to get involved. Most people run on hearsay, rumour and opinion, its worth what you pay for it... nothing.
If you have been sitting on the fence taking cheap shots, watch out when you fall off that you don't leave your back wheels on a sharp picket.
The only mistake Barry made was to trust someone that was not trust worthy.
I trust him with my life my wife and my kids are you that sort of friend to your friends.
I have been on the receiving end of Heffners lack of integrity and lack of performace and will post the details if I feel I need to.
Rest assured this will bring a tear to your eye and make your sphincter go from dime to 50 cents and back repeatedly .
Fortunately for me I bought the car off some one who has integrity and has looked after my interest .He also has been mistreated.
Future buyers need to know who they can trust to do what they pay for and who will back up their work if a problem occurs.Jason shame on you for your lies to me. Be carefully what you say I am watching and waiting.

If you are into philanthropy right now, how about getting Genetic Cesspool a job in a new industry? I bet he'd make you money, and you'd be helping out a great guy.

I feel for you Barry, I really do based on your story. However, while I understand the lack of due diligence on your part because you trusted Jason, what I cannot get over is how you came over to the U.S. and did not have the funds to sometimes eat. I am also a CPA and while I'm not a CFO, I would have still saved up enough money for a rainy day like the case here. The CFO's I deal with have so much money that it would not put a dent in their wallet if what happened to you happened to them. I guess I just don't understand how this experience hurt you so much financially. Emotionally yes, but financially? Like one of the posters said, if you are a CPA/CFO, you should have had your ducks in a row prior to starting this joint venture in case things fell through.

Anyway, sorry to sound so negative as I really do feel bad for what has happened and although I don't post much here, I have been a member since the beginning and have read many of your posts and based on your posts, you seem like a good person. Good luck in the future.

You should be more precise with who exactly you might be or I suspect your time lived here will be short.

I have an 03 TT that was done by Heffner Performance and have had no end of trouble in getting problems sorted. Probably because I live in New Zealand out of sight out of mind.
Had lots of promises though. Still waiting waiting waiting ....
And why would my time here be short lived? should I be scared to tell the truth if someone asks.
I like many others just want to enjoy the cars and not the BS that some people want to attach.Don't want anyone else getting burnt, we all make mistakes but its how we fix them determines us.

Don't read into it. I think v10 just meant that they are doing a crackdown on AE's here lately (Alter Ego's).

He was just advising you to be clear that you are a new member, and not an AE. Nothing more or less, no need to get offended or defensive.

Maybe you should post some pictures of the car, the problems ect... It might help your credibility. I am not saying you are lying, just saying with 2 posts, it might be good to back what you say up.

Fair comment .
I am a genuine viper owner and was not going to air any dirty washing unless it was needed. Guess I was prompting the person at fault to step up to the plate and fix some issues rather than fight them.
Every one would bennifit from that. I have an 02 rt ,03TT and srt ram will post some pics later.
I like Americans and some of their cars, hope to keep it that way.

So thats the story then. I remember talking about this with Paolo a few years back (Barry's situation) but never herd the full details of it.
Sorry to hear that Barry but being a Believer you know that if you have Faith and keep God first, He will work out situations for you that will put you in very good favor with others, hang in there stay encouraged and all the best to you my friend.

Speaking of AE's if an AE donates, does that qualify them as being registered?
