I have him pegged as a rather intelligent person. Do you disagree? You post from an AE because you either know something and don't want to say uncloaked or you know nothing and it's safer doing so acting like you do. Which is it?
For the record, the fact that Barry's wife has joined for the soul purpose to "clear the air" is all the consent he should need to proceed with accordingly.
Bottom line, is the juice worth the squeeze? No action should be taken on either side if 100% facts are given. Libel and slander should not come into play unless one tries to reach too far to make a point. It is my opinion that torque has had all the time he needs to type what he wants to post but was testing the water for this board or heffner.

You've already helped Heff's side by making Barry's actions appear to be part of a conspiracy with you (his testimony, your money to fade any legal heat). And you are an investor in UGR, a competitor of Heff's.

Heff’s new customer potential probably hangs out more in different forums than the VA these days and I bet Heff has more non-viper cars in his shop than viper’s these days.
I doubt you will make a big difference in the money flowing down to Sarasota by unfolding a 3 year old story here.
There are a lot of untold stories here lurking in the darkness of the Alley involving almost all of the tuners here.
