This isn't a case of "well who really knows what happened, I'm sure there's equal blame" no matter how much you would paint it that way. Trying to call this situation a he-said/she-said is as correct as watching Mike Tyson pound the shit out of Former PFR in the ring for 9.9 rounds, then when the power goes out and they have to cancel the last 8 seconds of the fight, saying "well the fight never did finish, so we'll never really know who won". Riiiiiight.

I don't need to be in Heffners shoes to know that selling everything you own, borrowing money from a friend to buy a plane ticket, and showing up in the USA to work illegally is a really stupid thing to do.
