Let's look at TM's immigration status in the U.S.. It appears his wife is an American citizen. He would have to have applied for a green card as a spouse. That is at least a six month process. In that process they would have had to show a signed employment agreement or show assets substantial enough to support themselves. They had neither according to this thread. He either came to the U.S. illegally to work, or forged an employment letter or lied about his assets.

TM has been warned (and has agreed) to keep his posts limited to 1st hand knowledge only. Douchebaggery posted about the Gallardos having problems and has been thoroughly owned in the process. Yourself, Wayne, and Doug have shot so many holes in his contentions that there is no way that Heffner's reputation and/or the resale values of your cars have been affected in any way.
Other boards are quick to edit posts and ban users. We pride ourselves on not taking that avenue but instead letting things run their course. Bullshitters on this board are almost always called out as such and put through the ringer. This thread can attest to that.
We will continue to monitor this and take action as we see fit.

We were helping my buddy Gary w/his AFuel Dragster some time ago in Bradenton. Jason was there..I talked to him briefly, but I was a lil "standoff ish" because we were trying to fig. out why the damn CMS was locking up at the 330 mark and in typical AFuel fashion dropping cylinders like crazy.. but he seemed nice..I don't know if he remembers..

I would like to clear up one thing, the SRT10 TT now owned by ThnkBig was a Heffner TT conversion done in his shop. I had input with the owner and sometimes directly with Jason on additional or substitute features not found on the normal build. Such as the unique pistons, Mark Williams half shafts (which as they became proven became the industry norm now for ultra quick Vipers, so I guess we solved one problem for the community right there.), quaiffe etc. I also advised Jason to run injectors bigger than the 42lb ones he had specified, but I'm sure he would have worked that out for himself later had I not run the calcs for him when he found it going lean up top. None of my input in that car has failed. In fact with those pistons it has better off boost response than a stock Viper.

Heffner had nothing to do with my immigration, besides I was never employed there. After I left the shop it took me 30 days from scratch to get my work visa. It was the green card that the wheels turned slowly.
Hey Torquemonster...to be honest with you I have not read most of this thread...except for your opening and ending comments. It seems like quite a few people have rubbed you the wrong way. I'm sorry to hear about that. I know there are people out there who comment on the integrity of other people's work without the realization of what is actually going on. As far as you having a green card. I know that thru you filing at least 3 to 5 years of tax returns with our government could possibly help you get US citizenship...unless of course you have already obtained it. Anywho...good luck in your endevours.
I really like tq and value his opinions and insights to me and the viper community. I feel badly that this had to happen to him and his family. There is always two sides to every story and I have talked to Jason about it and I will leave it at that. I don't think he needs to post anything but that is his business. I consider both of them my friends and I wish both of them the best.
My experience with Jason has always been professional. All tuners have their problems including Heffner, UGR, Hennessey, ETC. Jason is an extremely likeable guy who I like to hang out with. I can't say that of all the other tuners out there. I value relationships, integrity, and performance ability. Sure there are tuners that have faster cars and there some that have slower cars. For example, Hennessey has not chosen to get into the Drag racing scene much lately but I would still send my car(viper) to him for upgrades.
My car is very fast and predicable. I have had problems but nothing major! When I have had a problem he has always addressed it, not always in my time frame(which is yesterday), but it has been taken care of. When I have a Gallardo or a Ford GT it will only be going to Heffner. Sure he costsa little more but if you want an all around great package from a great tuner then sometimes you have to pay.
