I've been honest in this whole issue, and I'm not taking the bait from having my words twisted around.

and maybe one day you'll actually build a car instead of just talking about it on the internet, or horning in on someone else who IS doing it.

Jackass.

I'm not sure how my name was brought into all of this but I have no knowledge of Jason Heffner's cars being repaired at our facility for reasons that were mentioned. In fact, most recently we had one of Jason's TT/Gs here for service - NOT repair.

It's not unusual for a client to bring their car to another tuner for convenience; especially if that customer is a long distance from the original builder. This is a common and mutual courtesy that should be recognized more often so clients / tuners have an extended relationship well beyond the build process.

It's most assuring for me to have an experienced and professional technician able to service our cars once they've traveled outside the box. And I would hope the same for other tuners if our services were required to assist their customers.

Regards,
Doug Levin

Thanks Doug.

For those that don't know Doug, they don't come much more stand-up than him.

So, douchebaggery, that makes *all* the claims you made in your post false. Tuck your tail and slink away, twit.

to allow morons to post crap like i've seen from 2 parties is stupid.

The site looses respectabilty with members such as this.

DB & TQ what low life fools you are IMHO. An objective person reading this thread, your lies, your fabrications would most likely reach the same conclusion.

Adios.....

Wow!

I haven't been this entertained by an 0-fer since LeBron whispered in Gilbert Arenas' ear just before eliminating the Wizards from the playoffs.

the customers I am aware of that got a raw deal have either spoken up or have not been mentioned here, nor will they be by me.

I did not post over on the FGT or Lambo forums as my experience was not with those cars.

when I spend a lot of money on a car I don't expect to be stranded on the side of the road and then laugh it off as though that is normal just because the tuner was nice about it. A couple of happy customers crying foul here doesn't change the experience of others, and for every cry of foul here I've had 10 in support - off the public record.

shallow is as shallow does. deep calls to deep. Jason knows himself how his shortcomings have led to some very unhappy people, that he has never adequately addressed.

Personally I want nothing from him, I forgave him a long time ago, and only told the story for the reasons I have mentioned more than once, so there is no need to repeat it again. I hold no grudge or bitterness. There is no back fire.

Unless more people than Krazy and your budy come to the plate, your story may very well be tossed to the side as nothing more than a futile attempt at giving a tuner a bad name, all the while you will be looking like an ass.

The back fire is that 90% of the people who thought you were an okay guy last week (myself included) now view you as a liar and a con man. And it has nothing to do with Heffner and everything to do with how you presented yourself. It is absurd that you don't even realize where you fucked up.

90% eh?

Actually I suspect that many here believe that a liar is one thing I certainly am not.

con? Trust me, I don't need or want your money.

I'm done here for now until we hear from an engineer.

You post unfound crap on L=power about Heffner and you would be banned
as you should be here. I see you were banned here in 2004.

the ford Gt guys would ban you also.

The first TT gallardo was mine. It took 1 full year and I was always
on him to hurry. He did it his way thank God. A the project car and ALL
subsquent Gallardos have NOTHING BUT RAVE reviews both from customers, Car & Driver ( which as always been anti-Lamborghini). And then a fool like you comes`along prentending
to be "fair"...HA! what a joke you are!

Most people here see`you for what you are regarding Heffner.

Don't think so just conduct a poll and`see who they believe?

SRT Mike, Man you obviously have not been laid for a long, long time.
For someone that knows Jack Sh#t about this you seem to have a lot to say.
Bet when you were a little snot nosed kid you used to pull the wings off flies just for the hell of it.
I have a Heffner tuned car that was designed by TM, however Jason did not do all the work as suggested.
.TM designed pistons to run with tight quench and 9.1 compression to run with water injection. It was purchased but not fitted as was told it was not needed.
Jason did not have the tools or the knowledge at that stage so left it on the shelf. That cost 60 to 70 hp on pump gas.
.All the tough vipers were having half shaft issues running 9's, even the strongest available were snapping. TM called Mark Williams and ask if they would make up a custom set. They agreed and the first sets went on this car and Chads.
This car broke its diff, Jason was going to find a heavy duty pinion.
TM advised for Quaiffe. Quaiffe fitted no probs.
.Krazypsi SRT10 made 820 rwhp on pump gas, this one made 860, same engines and TT only pistons were different. Krazy's was Jasons normal set up this one was TM's.
.Heaviest G-Force trans was requested, Jason put in a weaker one that crapped out and took the flywheel with it.
.Turbo failed due to oil seal issues with low mounting of turbos.
Replaced turbo but still have oiling issues.
Spoke to Jason and he said he would send an upgraded seal directly to me.
After repeated request still not received until this thread went up.
Have been waiting for replacement leads as when car came out here leads were knackered.
Car came missing floor mat, emblems, various bolts and screws.
Traction control was requested by original owner, came without it as he could not get it to work. No probs though as I did not want traction control.
Keep in mind car went in 25 Sept 03 and was to be there 8 - 12 weeks.
Finally got to NZ end of 05.
Was to have a Hollinger box fitted which was a world first street/drag ratio sequential 6 speed.
He fitted it, could not drive it properly so took it out and put the substandard box in which subsequently blew.
Footwell on passenger side gets that hot it is unbearable on your feet.
I asked him if anyone else had that problem and if so what was the fix. He said it was because it was upside down to the other side but did not even try to find out a solution for me.
There has been quite a bit more and it seems petty to even mention it here .
When I took possession of the car soon after it got here it came with a 12 month back up warrantee.
Jason said the parts had been sent when they were not.
When you do these sort of builds you can expect problems I agree.
But a 12 month warrantee back up means that. I don't know if I was on the receiving end of Jason and TM not proceeding with their deal . I would far rather Jason sort these problem directly with me than for all this crap that has been put up from people taking the chance to take pot shots at people they don't even know.
Seems a sad way for me to come on board with the Alley, but hey, like time this will pass.
My reason for the above is to show that as a team they could have done great things they both have great skills in different areas. That will never happen for what ever reason and unless you were personally involved in their negotiation, go take a pill.
Jason I would love to here from you personally, you have my number and email.
My next post would rather be about how well the car is going and that you were part of the solution not the problem.
Lets move on.
SRTMIKe don't even bother to reply because you don't know which way is up and its time we all moved on.It is people like you that have blown this all out of proportion.
TM mentioned more than once that he is over what happened and holds no grudge. I am sure Jason does not need you to fight his battles. You just don't like TM and you saw a way of having your 2 cents worth.
It is very plain that there are supporters in both camps that is never going to change.Unlike you I do know who TM has and has not worked for .
Why Jason changed his mind, only he knows. He has put into place a number of TM's ideas so he obviouly liked some of what he saw.
Have a great day 'cause I am.
