1998 gts R sells at auction...
95 k!!!!!
ACR car basically...
.02 maybe wishful thinking here but I think this is a turning point in the values/ selling values of the Gen 1/ Gen 11's values.
Could be turning ???!!!!
Will eventually without a doubt, but may be happening sooner rather than later.
Don't follow it much, maybe more out there 'in the know' can chipe in, but looks good !!!
Cheers and go Boston sports !!!!
BC Hockey - National Champs in Hockey
Celts - We'll see, but looking Goddamned good.
Sox - Long season
Pats - Playoffs guaranteed.
Zero point, but man, I want to see these snakes start to turn around and be sought after.
Cheers
Woody

I thought that was on par for what the GTS-R's were and have been selling for over the last few years.

the GTS-R is not an "ACR car, basically". It is a one of 100 GT2 commemorative edition. Big difference. Always brings 90-130k.

Most GTS/R's have sold for around that amount, significant #'d cars have sold for more, but the "generic" #'d cars are always actually selling for that or much much less.
I sold my #70 for $80,500, bought it for the same, it is now on Dodge viper 4 sale for over $100,000K
I sold #001 for $165K a little while ago, #100 and the other significant #'d cars like 91, 51, 52, 53 have sold for better, but all the rest barley ever go over 100K

it IS NOT a GTS/R - despite what the badges say. It's a GT2 commemorative edition. And - yes - with the limited edition at 100, and to commemorate a real racing heritage, it will always bring decent money (that and it looks killer, too!)
A GTS/R is a FULL BOOGIE race car, tube frame chassis, usually with a Caldwell built endurance motor, fuel cell, center locking hubs, etc., etc., etc. and they ALWAYS go for more than that - as they were about $325K new.
