Just go with Straight pipes and a BB exhaust. My friend has complete straight pipes with no resonator, no cats, no mufflers at all and its loud but not a good loud.
No cats here, but put Moroso bullets in place of them. With the corsa 4 muffler system +2, I have 6 mufflers, but anyhow it is pretty quiet and still stealthly when cruising, but when opened up it is still pretty loud in my opinion and a nice combo. If I wanted to go for loud, I would go with 4 muffler Corsa option and straight pipe in place of no cats. I have NO SIMS and still NO CODES :-)

Without cats it will sound bad ass. C6Zo6 vettes will run in fear just from the sound....no kidding it happens. I pull up next to one, and he will not even run me.
There is a vid on youtube of me running a Roe S/C viper. You can hear my ACR over the S/C and it sounds GOOD...really good. I can't post the link here at work, however, just do a search for Viper ACR. I have bellinger's header, and race exhaust.
