What you will find here is that everyone has a preference on Vipers especially if it looks like the one they have in their garage.

Lessons:

1. Capitalize the word Viper. Gives it more respect (and will earn you some too)

2. Research them all.

3. DRIVE them all.

4. Pick the one that keeps you up at night.

5. Find one like #4.

6. Buy it.

7. Enjoy the shit out of it .

Get a Supercharged Gen II GTS. Looks like sex. Runs like a bat out of hell.

Gen 1- 400hp, no hardtop, outside door handles or side windows, 17" tires
Gen 2- 450hp, GTS coupe invented for racing Lemans, rear exhaust/best sounding, low CD,
last year of clamshell hood, GTS ducktail spoiler18" wheels
Gen 3- vette similar body, no hardtops until the 06 coupe (rear looks like GTS), 510hp, garbage/runcrap tires, 14" brakes
Gen 4- 600hp, nicest wheel selection (stock), nav system optional, PS2 tires, stronger trans, vented hood, ACR available, again.

ACR American Club Racer, limited production, fully adjustable shocks, nicer forged wheels, less options (lighter weight), 5 pt. seat belt harness,
08 ACR, lighweight wheels and brake rotors, aero package (1,000# downforce)

I own a Gen 2 GTS, many mods, big power and good mileage. 96 GTS- all 99 Vipers came with stock forged pistons and lumpy cam.

Heater delete, no fog lamps, na a/c in ACR. All GTS and R/Ts came with a/c, Alipne CD, driving lamps.

this is what a basic Roe supercharger kit will get you for rubber marks (my 98 GTS 644rwtq/598rwhp)

Nope! Heater delete....try again, no such thing. No A/C but you had the option of adding it in for $1100 bucks. Stop with the BS info! If you don't know the correct info, don't answer.
