2 part question: How many run line locks? 2) Drag radials for daily driver??
Want to run the car at the track this spring.
Thoughts are to install a linelock ( curious what type you guys have had success with ) and some Drag Radials ( BF Goodrich ? )
Anywho, wondering how many of you run this combo and is this doable on a daily driver or do the tires have to be / should be removed for daily driving.

i have hoosier 335/17 drs and i have no problems on my rear quarters i also bought a linelock but havent put it in yet as doug levin told me i needed a metric instalation kit and i havent located one.
Shit...I think I'm going to go ahead and mount my BFG's. I was concerned with rock chips and damage to the underneath of the rear (valence).
So you guys aren't seeing chips there?

Clean rock free roads and your good to go. Although I only have around 300 miles on my bfg dr's on the street. No sign of rock chips at all, but maybe a little stone bruising thats not noticable unless you really take a good look.
I wouldn't use drag radials daily but I know others do. To me they give a weird "loose" feeling when your on the highway, they suck on turns, and god forbid you get caught in rain (here in FL can be sunny 1 sec and storming the next).
Went through 2 sets of DRs in the past two years with no paint damage. Just don't drive in the rain.
I use the Hurst Roll Control..and it has performed well...no problems there.
I use the same thing.
I wired in such that if I turn on the fog lights it's energized, with an enable toggle switch under the dash. I didn't want to drill any holes anywhere inside for buttons. I was willing to sawzall my fascia center section off, however, but that is in another post.
Toggle off + fog lights= no line lock
Toggle On - fog lights = no line lock
Toggle On + fog lights = line lock.
So doing a burnout I pull the light switch to enable the line lock and push it in during the burnout to disable it.
I also wired my rear defrost button so it's High boost. I'm the only one driving the car, so it's fairly safe. Also planning on wiring my Meth tank to the windshield washer fluid light, so when it gets low I have a warning.

You can get the adapter brake lines at an auto parts store. No special kit needed.
I installed a Hurst line loc. It works great. I only run my BFG D/R's to and from the track which is about 250 miles round trip. They're a little twitchy but you get used to it.

Snorman, nobody looks at your car anyway, so who cares if you get a chip or two. I say go for it!
