With all due respect I have been very professional about my entire involvement with Heffner, and I assume he has been the same in return. If he hasn't at least it has not come back to me.
I have not indulged myself on this matter though I could have, all I have done is tried to keep to the real issues without attacking anyone.
But to call me biased is a bit rich. If Heffner created the worlds best car why would I be jealous or hating? I simply do not care, good for him, if he managed to grow to that level I'd say fantastic for him.
Let me ask you, would I be biased because I brought a real engineer out with me to look over the work and workshop to see how things were done and could be done better?
Would I be biased because I can contrast everything I saw with my own eyes with my own personal experience in other setups?
Or would I be biased because I have buddies that have been extremely pissed off and these are VERY very patient people?
I did not get involved, but could have, and I would have been far less diplomatic and would have got action a long time ago, but it was not my business, and so I watched the whole thing play out for 2 years and it is still going on right now with parts "in perpectual transit".
I am backing up Krazypsi because he spoke the truth from his own experience and that mirrored that of others I know, and some personal knowledge.
I do not doubt there are many happy customers, I met several. Great - try to find anywhere I have posted anything that would warn people from going there. I never have.

I will say it again - until you have a contrast to compare to - very few here understand even what this is all about. Fine, keep spending your money where it makes you happy.
When discerning customers experience real quality in product and service and the entire experience, when they compare notes with others 2,3, 5 years down the track, when they get independent experts to look under their cars and view the work alongside something that is really top notch.... THEN the whole picture begins to emerge.
Everything is like new on delivery and down the track until something goes wrong... regardless of tuner.
The only sin I have been guilty of on these matters is from day one here I have said there is room for improvement.
No one got it then, a few are catching on now. It will create a virtual wave before it is over not because anything I said or did, but because someone else learned the truth for themselves and decided to do something about it.
Watch and see - within 2 years you will see a different landscape here as surely as the sun sets tonight. Personalities have nothing to do with it.
