Did you try looking at Jegs or Summit?

Or do you need a close up pic of the system itself?

How about threading in a fitting to the valvecover?

There are a few ways to do this, it all goes to what you want.

That could be true. I guess find the location that you want it at and see about getting a thickness reading on it.

This should be an easy thing to do, that is if I had a valvecover and was at work with all my fittings at hand.

Good luck with this Carl.

Red Loctite is your friend, I just did a conversion of the breather on my Gen 3 both valve covers with a 12 AN bluk head fitting with a radius end inside the valve cover. The baffles on the Gen 3 would hold the nut from falling into the valve train anyway, but used red loctite just in case.

Not sure if the Gen 2 has the baffeling that would prevent this as well.

if youre that worried about the nut falling in, you could always get a weld on fitting... or pick up some billet aluminum covers and weld aluminum fittings on those. or you could position the breather so that if the nut did actually fall off, it would only fall into the baffles of the valvecover and not into the rocker arms.

This one will work I think. You put the long side toward the outside of the valve cover and put the nut on top. There is still room for the AN fitting to bolt to it. Thus you have a nut and AN fitting holding it from falling into the valvetrain.
