Roe 10psi with Nitrous

So a guy was telling me the other day that he had so and so hp/tq with his Roe and Nitrous. I was just curious as to some "Real world" numbers of a Roe 10psi setup and Nitrous. What would it make with a 100 and a 150 shot?

I'd guess well over 800 rwhp/trq with 10# and the squeeze.

Yeah but he had a 522 kit, headers, 12psi, and head work from what I remember.

I wanted to know what to expect from a stock heads, headers, TB's with 10psi w/m.

650-700 rwhp/trq with 10# (and upgraded fuel supply).

Adding nitrous to the 10#'s of boost should put him over 800 rwhp, IMO.

Actually a 501 CI

Anyhow, my stock motor with headers and exhaust, tb's, Arrow rockers, 708 cam, W/M with a 10 psi pulley and 45k+ on the rings and I guess 67k on the valve springs/heads, nitrous/propane jets that would compute to 150 hp was good for 790 whp and 950 wtq. I think that went 144 mph.

Looks like your question except add the rockers. Oh yea, one Walbro in the tank with the stock lines etc. and a BAP.

Wow, very nice

I will have a very similar setup - Roe S/C going in soon and the nitrous is already in waiting to tune with the S/C, just don't have water/meth to go with it
I"ll probably tune in the 8psi pulley first and then with N2O

I'll add the water/meth later with a 10psi pulley and some RRs

How much do you gain with RR and headers on a 10psi w/m car?

Probably right at 40-50 RWHP depending on the brand of headers. Figure 15 for the RR and another 25-30 for the headers.

From what I've read, it would be more like 20 for RRs and 15 for headers

On a stock motor, yes. But on a S/C application, you should see a bit more.

Well maybe I made the right choice then to stick with the headers and wait for the RRs
