FJO is driving me crazy!

Need some help here..... I installed the gen II FJO nitrous controller in my gen I Viper.
And for some crazy reason the dam controller is not working!

Well, It did work one time! When I shifted 3rd to 4th. for a split second. After that, it stop working.

Came back to the shop... Checked all my wires , and everything was right.

took off the ground side of the solenoids. Grounded them, and I got a click! The only thing I can figure. The unit is bad.

It's reading TPS and it's reading the tach signal. Just not pulsing the ground to activate the solenoids.

I'm using the rpm base on the controller.. RPM cutoff @ 5750
RPM trigger @ 2500
Rpm end @ 3000
I got the 150 pills in it.

one more question, should I have the enable first-gear lockout. check off?

Thanks in advance... This shit is driving crazy!

Your the man! Before I read your post. I regrounded the box to a better ground. Just got back from a test drive, and the nitrous worked! Fucking A! Now I'm a happy camper. lol! This crap was driving me up the wall. I never have problems when it comes to wiring stuff up. The 150 shot felt alot better than the n.o.s. dry system. oh yea, my air fuel ratio was @ 11.4 on the wide band. with a full bottle.

Thanks for the help!

also depending on what mods you have you wont get much hp pulling over 5000 when i was stock no cats and rockers i shifted @4800 it peaks around there and drops from there 20-30hp but shifting early would put you lower in rpm for the next gear and there for on my car 100+ more ftlbs of tq. and i sprayed in first but if it doesnt hook you had better be ready to shift fast . and tq with spray and stock cam peaks around 3100-3300. good luck and have fun with it.

I used the little neg. stud on the driver side.. Where I normally put the jumper cables on. I figured if it was a good ground for the cables, why not the controller.

Here's an old dyno sheet I got from, "viper spray" back when he owned the car. Since then all I have done was remove the cats, and now a wet NX system. The Viper had it's normal bolt ons when I got it.. We will be having a dyno day here at the shop in March. I'll put her on the dyno to see what numbers she puts down. Thanks, GAGEDADY. I'll try my best to have fun! And spank a few cars while doing it.
