TX2K8 (3/23) or Viper Day (4/26)
I am going to go to one of these. They are both at Lonestar Motorsports Park. Anybody recommend one over the other?

Thanks G-Z06. I knew that answer was coming. Anyone have any opinions on these two events?

TX2K8 FTW Last year was great! Met alot of cool people.. And yes, Peter is the man! When it comes down to car events. I can still remember G-z06 pulling into the restaurants parking lot. That car sounded awesome. Alot of fast rides out that night.

TX2k8 will be a great event. What do you mean by "Viper day"? Is it just a day encouraging the Viper community to come out for some racing, or what?

Well I hate to drive, but then again I hate to be out there without my car. I was thinking of maybe hauling it out there. Or then again if we get a few people together we could drive them out there.

Looks like I will be attending TX2K8. This isn't just Supras is it? Many vipers there? Does anyone know what the schedule looks like for that day? I know the Lonestar website shows gates open at 8 but what time will the races begin/end?

I think there will be a lot of Vipers at TX2K8. Come on down and play with the Supras, Corvettes, Camaros, or get a piece of Stacy, Kelly and Ricky! March 20 to 23rd.

I was there last year, we flew in and just got a rental car. It was a great time even without having a car there. Met lots of cool people and saw some nice rides for sure. Will be going again this year, but we are hauling my buddies 95 Supra. Not enough time to pick up a 2 car trailer so the Viper will have to stay home. Lots of Vipers and Vettes there last year. The hotel parking lot was a great hangout at night.
