PM UGR or some of the other tuners. They should have a bunch of take-outs on hand as the upstreams get replaced with wideband o2's when an AEM is installed. Auto zone Bosch sensors are ok, but I tend to prefer oem when possible.
I hate removing O2 sensors.... One is already starting to round out from 10 minutes of trying to remove it PROPERLY. I'm debating on cutting the wires and wrapping the closed end of the wrench around the sensor for removal.
CRAP... I FINALLY got my drivers side O2 out.... I think my header may be worthless after this though. It totally ripped out all the threads off the O2 sensor and I can only ASSUME the same happened to the header, although I haven't really looked up in there or tried to screw in my new one. Anyone think my header would be salvagable? This is perfect timing after I just got layed off. Otherwise I'm gonna need some extremely cheap headers so I can continue fixing my car's starting problem.

lol, I know about getting my bung.... tapped, wrapped and heated up for more action! (I think most of you on Viper Alley just like using the word "bung hole" whenever possible.) However, this may be a good time to go ahead and get some headers for my Gen I, if I can find someone willing to part with a set for a reasonable price. I did some searching in the classifieds and stuff.... but I think I may have to just fix what I got for now. I'll take a look tomorrow and see if my "BUNG HOLES" are up to par for inserting new sensors.
Get a double ended spark plug tap and have at it. Same thread as the 13/16" (big) end. Even if it isn't pretty, it should hold the sensor properly. Don't kill the new sensor tightening it up. Just snug it.
